§ Mr. Prittasked the Secretary of State for War why a soldier, whose particulars have been given to him, has been out of England for 4½ years without home leave and for 3¼ years without any leave of any kind and has now been transferred to the B.L.A. and informed that he will be kept away from England for a total period of five years, with an offer of seven days' privilege leave; and whether he will see that this man is brought home at once.
