§ Major Markhamasked the Minister of Health how many times during the last seven years complaints have been made to his Department or to the local authorities concerned about smoke and other atmospheric pollution emanating from the chemical factory at Deanshanger, Northamptonshire; whether he is aware that the nuisance continues unabated; and whether he proposes to take any steps to get the firm in question to adopt smoke abatement appliances.
