§ Mr. WillinkThe local authorities in East Suffolk, in common with those in other areas, have been told that I am willing to consider applications for permission to invite tenders for the erection of houses as and when sites became ready. There is and has been no ban on the carrying out of essential repairs to agricultural cottages where the necessary labour is available.
