§ Mr. Pethick-Lawrenceasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury what arrangements will be made in regard to the use by Members of their travelling vouchers at the Dissolution of this Parliament.
§ Mr. PeakeArrangements have been made which are identical with those in operation at the last Dissolution. The main provision is that a Member may use one voucher for the single journey to his constituency immediately after the Dissolution. Only those Members who are re-elected will be entitled to use further vouchers after the Election. In order that the House may be aware of the full details of the arrangements, I will, with permission, circulate them in the Official Report, and I would ask hon. Members to co-operate with the authorities of the House in securing their observance.
