§ Brigadier-General Clifton Brownasked the Minister of Town and Country Planning whether he has yet had any consultation with the Minister of Agriculture or representatives of agricultural bodies on framing the Interim Development Order governing permission for the erection of new agricultural buildings; and whether he will publish the Order soon so that the erection of new agricultural buildings where necessary may not be interfered with.
§ Mr. W. S. MorrisonConsultations are proceeding between officers of the two Departments on the control to be exercised over agricultural buildings under the Town and Country Planning Acts; but I cannot yet say when a draft Interim Development Order dealing with this matter will be published.
