§ Colonel StanleyAs regards the first part of the Question, I would refer the hon. Member to a reply which I gave to his Question on 24th January. As regards the last part of the Question, which relates to a need for closer contact between the administration and the people, this is under the Governor's careful consideration. Steps have already been taken along the line of strengthening the Labour Department, and other measures of progress for this purpose are being examined.
