§ Mr. ButlerI have appointed the following as an Advisory Committee to advise me on such matters relating to children requiring special educational treatment as I may submit to them or as they may consider require investigation:

To assist the Committee in their consideration of any specific question under review, I shall, from time to time, appoint as additional members persons possessing special knowledge and experience of the particular category of handicapped children concerned.
