§ Mr. DaltonI would refer my hon. Friend to the answer which I gave him on this subject on 19th December last. Since then, I have taken further steps to encourage the production of the cheaper types of handbags by removing, as from 1st February, the quota restrictions on manufacturers of this class of bag.
