§ Mr. H. MorrisonTwenty persons were condemned to death on conviction of murder in 1944. Ten have been executed, nine (including two persons certified as insane subsequent to conviction) were reprieved, and in one case the conviction was quashed on appeal. I am sending my hon. Friend the other particulars for which he asks.
