§ Mr. H. Lawsonasked the Secretary of State for War if the increases of family allowances for personnel of the British Army authorised in 1944 are being paid to the families of men from British Guiana who joined the British Army in August and October, 1941, on the same conditions of pay and allowances as citizens of the United Kingdom.
§ Sir J. GriggAuthority was given to pay the increases to these men, but in case there has been any misunderstanding a further cable has been sent to clear the matter up.
