§ Mr. BurkeThe exact figure could only be obtained by a somewhat extensive inquiry; but, as stated in my reply to the hon. and gallant Member for Henley (Sir G. Fox) on the 15th November last, it is estimated that about 8 per cent, of: the 11,000 public telephone call offices in the London Telecommunications Region are out of order at any particular time.
