§ Mr. Kingasked the Attorney-General whether he will cause an inquiry to be made into the system of leasehold tenure of property as it affects the owner of thesmall dwelling house.
The Attorney-GeneralInquiries are made whenever they appear to be necessary into various aspects of the law relating to leaseholds, and several amendments have been made in recent years. I see no need for further inquiry for the time being into that aspect of the law referred to by the hon. Member.
