Reidasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if all the Sultans of the Federated and Unfederated Malay States have agreed to the application of the Foreign Jurisdiction Act to their territories; and whether it is intended to set up in these territories one Crown Colony unitary government, or some sort of federal organisation.
