§ Mr. Granvilleasked the Minister of Health if he has considered the report on the unsatisfactory condition of the public assistance institution at Red House, Bulcamp, Halesworth, Suffolk, with regard to the shortage of staff, the lack of proper sanitary and washing arrangements and the dilapidated state of the building, including the deterioration of the walls and brick floors; if any of his officers have recently inspected this institution; and what steps he intends to take to have it made habitable for the children and infirm aged who are at present living there.
