asked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that men quartered at the Academy, Woolwich, are sleeping in tents, on boards spaced wide apart, and without ground sheets; and if he will take steps to improve the bad living conditions at this establishment.

The tented camps, which were used as overflow accommodation, were closed on 22nd November.
