§ Mr. Blytonasked the Minister of War Transport if he will consider restoring the 12-journey tickets validity to 14 clays, as existed before the war; and that contract tickets should be made available to the public in County Durham.
§ Mr. BarnesI am glad to say that the contract tickets, which were withdrawn during the war on omnibus services in the Northern Region, will be restored on 1st February, 1946. It is not yet practicable to extend the period of validity of 12-journey tickets, but the matter is being kept under close review.
