§ Major H. Fraserasked the President of the Board of Trade whether parcels of second-hand clothes can now be sent to European refugees without the obtaining of an export licence from his Department.
§ Mr. Marquand,pursuant to his reply (OFFICIAL REPORT, 5th December, 1945, Vol. 416, c. 2342) supplied the following statement:
The following is a list of the countries in Europe for which parcel post facilities are not at present available: Austria, Albania, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Roumania, U.S.S.R., Yugoslavia.
