§ Mr. LawsonA price representing its cost to the State but, in view of existing surpluses, the question of a lower price for surplus ammunition, serviceable but not in 100 per cent. condition, is under consideration with the Ministry of Supply and Aircraft Production. This arrangement will be restricted to the National Rifle Association and affiliated bodies.
