§ Mr. ShinwellThe number of units generated by authorised undertakers by water power in the county of Merioneth in the year 1944 was 34.5 million. Of this about eight million units were sold in the county of Merioneth, the remainder being sent to other parts of North Wales. No figures are available of units generated or sold by non-statutory undertakers.
