§ Mr. ParkerPassages to Canada for the wives of Canadian Servicemen are arranged by the Canadian authorities, who are, I know, most anxious that delay, with its resultant hardship, should be reduced to a minimum. Any delay that has occurred, is due to the shortage of shipping available.
