§ Sir E. Graham-Littleasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Works whether he is aware that the college where the administration of London University has been since it was 67W evicted from Royal Holloway College, was seriously damaged some weeks ago; and whether, as London University deals with 25,000 registered students and this work is crippled by the loss of its administrative offices, he will give priority for immediate repairs to be carried out.
§ Mr. HicksImmediately after the incident at the Richmond College, a licence for repairs was granted and every possible assistance was given to the contractor in obtaining labour. I am informed that all the rooms in the Main Block and North Wing and 10 of the 16 rooms in the South Wing have now been made habitable. Three further rooms in the South Wing will be usable by 4th October.
