§ Sir A. SinclairThe future of Balloon Command, as of other forces concerned primarily with the defence of this country, has been under review in the light of the changed strategical position. A proportion of the personnel is already being diverted to other employment in the R.A.F., and this process will continue to the maximum extent possible.
