§ Major Studholmeasked the Minister of Agriculture if he is now in a position to make any statement as to the results of experiments his Department have been making to determine the advantage of using a mixture of superphosphate and serpentine in place of ordinary superphosphate under conditions pertaining in this country.
§ Mr. T. WilliamsField experiments to test a mixture of superphosphate and serpentine are at present being conducted under the direction of the Rothamsted Experimental Station. My right hon. Friend is advised that so far the results of the experiments have shown that there is no advantage in using this mixture in place of ordinary superphosphate, but further experiments are being made.
