§ Mr. Parker

§ Mr. Eden
As regards postal services with France, I would refer My hon. Friend to the reply given to the Question put by the hon. and gallant Member for Waterloo (Captain Bullock) on 3rd October. As for Belgium, His Majesty's Government await an indication from the military authorities that they are prepared to authorise the resumption of a service, and that the Belgian authorities are in a position to operate it and to exercise the necessary censorship.
