§ Sir L. Boyceasked the Secretary of State for Air, in view of the commencement of a regular bi-weekly civilian air service between South Africa and America, it is expected to open similar civilian air services between the United Kingdom and any of the British Dominions.
§ Sir A. SinclairRegular air services are already operated between the United Kingdom and British Dominions. Priority1826W on these services is given to traffic carried for war purposes. I understand that this restriction applies also to the recently resumed service between Florida and the Belgian Congo.
