§ Mr. Goldieasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware of the great anxiety felt by relatives of prisoners of war transferred from Italy to Germany owing to the cessation of correspondence since such transfer; and whether he will make representations to ensure the forwarding to this country of letters written to relatives from their present place of detention.
§ Sir J. GriggSome correspondence has been received from these men, but less than might have been expected. Strong representations have been made about this to the German authorities through the Protecting Power.
