§ Mr. DaltonI made an Order on 23rd August last tightening up control over the manufacture and supply of toilet preparations. During the last six months, 38 convictions have been obtained for infringements of the Control, fines and costs amounted, in total, to about £7,000, and terms of imprisonment to about four years.
