§ Mr. Douglasasked the Minister of Information if he will publish a list of all whole-time or part-time appointments which are made on his nomination from outside the Civil Service or on which he must be consulted.
§ Mr. BrackenNo appointments, whole-time or part-time, are made on my nomination. Vacancies which necessitate recruitment outside the Ministry are filled by the normal selection procedure laid down for Government Departments generally.
