§ Mr. George HallHis Majesty's Government, in concert with other United Nations Governments, have affirmed in repeated declarations, and notably in the Declaration on German Atrocities issued at the Moscow Conference last year, their resolve that those responsible for these horrible crimes shall be brought to justice. Every possible opportunity has been taken in our propaganda to ensure that these declarations reach German ears.
