Wardlaw-Milneasked the Minister of Labour whether he will consider the award to young men selected by ballot to work in the mines, in many cases against their expressed preference for one of the fighting services, of a distinguishing badge to protect them from the suggestion that they have chosen a less dangerous occupation.
