Mr. JohnstonThe tribunal held its first sitting in Edinburgh on 7th December last. Since then the tribunal has sat on 13 days in Edinburgh and on 10 days in Glasgow, and appellants who are concerned are duly informed of the time and place at which their appeals are being heard.
