§ Mr. EdenCertain proposals put forward by His Majesty's Governments in Australia and New Zealand which have the object mentioned in the Question have been communicated to His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom. No conclusion has yet been reached, and the matter has not so far been discussed with the United States and Netherlands Governments.
