§ Mr. Burkeasked the Secretary of State for Air if he will call for and consider the Report of the psychiatrist who had 518734 Sergeant Downing, R.A.F., India, under observation in hospital with a view to determining if this airman suffered from frustration arising out of harsh and inconsiderate treatment.
§ Sir A. SinclairI have seen the psychiatrist's report on this airman and I have called for further information which may take some time to collect, so that I may form a considered opinion on the point raised by my hon. Friend.
