§ Viscount Suirdaleasked the Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the fact that delivery of newspapers at present takes up to two months in S.E.A.C., he will arrange either for newspapers from home for the troops in this theatre to be delivered by air, or will make facilities available for the reprinting of these newspapers in India.
