§ Mr. Henderson Stewartasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will consider including in the Development Areas promised to be set up under the Government's employment plan, towns and villages which in the past have relied almost entirely upon the success of the fishing industry, so that the local authorities concerned, or private individuals, may build new factories there and thus establish additional light industries for the better economic balance of the communities.
§ Mr. DaltonIn the delimitation of the Development Areas, account will be taken of the considerations set out in Chapter III of the White Paper on Employment Policy.
