Mr. AlexanderAs regards Service matters, I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply given by my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister on 20th May, 1941, to the hon. Member for London University (Sir E. Graham-Little). On all other matters a serving sailor is entitled to correspond with his Member of Parliament as freely as he wishes.
