§ Mr. Hyndasked the Secretary of State for War what steps he is taking to put an end to the £10,000 per week of black market trade in English cigarettes marked Free Gift or N.A.A.F.I. stores for His Majesty's forces going on in Brussels, in view of the discontent caused among the troops by this scandal.
§ Sir J. GriggN.A.A.F.I. have an investigation branch to deal with the problem of pilferage. I am inquiring whether any special steps are necessary in Belgium to prevent pilferage and illicit trading in cigarettes.
