Morganasked the Minister of Fuel and Power whether he is aware of this dissatisfaction felt by managements in regard to the award of the Porter minimum without adequate safeguards against the possibility of some men refusing to give adequate work in return for the minimum; and whether he will consider introducing such safeguards as were provided under the old minimum wage rules.
