§ Mr. Ness Edwardsasked the Secretary of State for War, if he has considered the copy of a letter from Driver Parry, Field Regiment, R.A., alleging that he was handcuffed to a lorry in the front line in Italy for three nights and, as this form of punishment is contrary to Army Regulations, will he take necessary steps to prevent its repetition and the proper disciplinary action.
