§ Mr. Emrys-EvansYes, Sir, an officer was appointed by the Governor of Northern Rhodesia in 1942 to conduct a survey to ascertain the extent of detribalisation among African workers on the Copperbelt. So far as I am aware, his investigations are not yet complete.
