HC Deb 19 October 1943 vol 392 c1246W
Mr. Perkins

asked the Secretary of State for Air whether R.A.F. pilots will automatically be granted a B licence after the war?

Sir A. Sinclair

All candidates for B licences must, of course, satisfy the requirements of the regulations in force at the time. The current regulations provide that in the case of Royal Air Force pilots, the examining authority may grant exemption from certain of the practical and technical tests, according to the qualifications of the candidate.
