§ Mr. WillinkAs my hon. Friend is now aware, assurances have recently been given by the firm that the treatment by means of ultra-violet rays at these works will be under adequate supervision. In these circumstances, my Department has recommended the Board of Trade to issue a licence to purchase the necessary apparatus and I understand that it has now been issued.
