§ Mr. MabaneInvestigations are proceeding into cases where it is alleged that my Department has not implemented the terms of potato purchase contracts and that deterioration has resulted, with a view to settlements being made with the growers on the basis of the value of the potatoes at the time of inspection for purchase.
