§ Colonel StanleyThe hon. Member no doubt refers to the Report of the Agricultural Policy Committee of Trinidad, of 1317W which the agricultural adviser to Sir Frank Stockdale was chairman. Part 1 of the Report has now been published and I have made arrangements for placing a copy in the Library of the House.
