§ Mr. DaltonUniforms for the pre-Service training units, namely the Sea Cadets, Army Cadets and Air Training Corps are issued by the Service Departments, and do not come out of civilian supplies. Owing to the increasing stringency of these supplies, I regret that I cannot make any coupon concession for the uniform of the Women's Junior Air Corps or other similar youth organisations.
