§ Captain WaterhouseYes, Sir. The 1943/4 clothing coupons form a separate book which is bound inside the food book only for convenience in issue. It should be cut out of the food book after issue and is to be used separately. I should like to take this opportunity of urging that the name and address of the holder should be written on the cover of the clothing book when it is detached and that it should be kept safely.
