HC Deb 12 May 1943 vol 389 c636W
Colonel Mills

asked the Minister of Agriculture what arrangements he has made with the Board of Trade to enable dairy farmers to purchase cloths or towels for the purpose of keeping clean their dairy utensils and cows' udders, without having to sacrifice their personal clothing coupons?

Mr. Hudson

Particulars of arrangements made in regard to this matter are contained in a Press notice, which was issued by the Board on 4th May. I am sending my hon. and gallant Friend a copy.
