§ Mr. MabaneThe Milk (Use of Bottles) Order, 1943, which came into force on 1st March makes it clear that the responsibility for making bottles available for collection rests upon the user and the responsibility for collection upon the dairymen. I shall be glad if my hon. Friend will give me particulars of the locations of the bottles to which he refers in his Question.
