§ Sir K. WoodUnited Kingdom Income Tax is not charged on the Service pay of Allied nationals who are members of an Allied Force paid from funds of an Allied Government. Allied nationals who have joined British Forces direct and are not members of Allied Forces are liable to United Kingdom Income Tax on their Service pay in the ordinary way.
