§ Sir A. SinclairThe annual cost of the Air Training Corps to public funds is about £600,000. The corps is under the direction of a civilian director assisted by 14 Royal Air Force officers, all of whom are employed at the Air Ministry. In addition, a number of persons, paid and unpaid, are engaged on instructional and other administrative services connected with the corps both at the Air Ministry and in commands.
